At Base Space / UK Holistic Training, we are committed to providing high-quality training courses. As our courses have limited places and require advance planning, we ask that all participants read and understand the following booking terms before making a reservation.

 

Booking Confirmation

Your place on a course is confirmed once full payment (or any agreed deposit) has been received and your booking has been accepted.

 

Cancellation by Participants

Course fees are non-refundable if you are unable to attend for any reason, including (but not limited to):

• Illness or injury

• Family or personal emergencies

• Work commitments

• Travel disruption

• Adverse weather

• Failure to obtain leave from work

• Any other unforeseen circumstances

 

For this reason, Base Space / UK Holistic Training strongly recommends purchasing appropriate travel or event cancellation insurance at the time of booking. Such insurance may help protect your course fee if you are unable to attend due to circumstances beyond your control.

If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible. While refunds cannot be provided, any request to transfer your booking to another course date will be considered at our discretion and is subject to availability. We are under no obligation to offer a transfer.

 

Cancellation by Base Space / UK Holistic Training

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a course, you will be offered either:

• A transfer to an alternative course date; or

• A full refund of all course fees paid.

 

Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the course. We are not responsible for any additional costs you may incur, including travel, accommodation, loss of earnings or other consequential expenses. We therefore recommend that any travel or accommodation arrangements are booked with suitable cancellation protection.

Changes to Courses

Occasionally it may be necessary to make minor changes to a course, including changes to instructors, venue (within a reasonable distance), timetable or equipment. These changes do not normally entitle participants to a refund.

If a significant change becomes necessary, we will notify you as soon as reasonably possible and explain the options available.

 

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

Acceptance of These Terms

By booking a course with Base Space / UK Holistic Training, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Booking, Cancellation and Refund Policy terms.
